I don’t eat a lot of meat these days BUT I do try and fit fish into our meal plan every once in awhile! We were always making Maple Salmon, but that can be borrrring. We switched it up with this Chipotle Lime Salmon and there’s no turning back. You have to try it!
Serving Size: 1/4 of salmon
Containers: 1 red
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lime (juice + zest)
1 chipotle chili in adobo (or to taste)
1/2 tsp cumin
1 clove garlic
2 pound salmon fillet,
Puree all ingredients but the salmon together.
Brush onto salmon.
Place in tinfoil and BBQ on medium-low for 15 minutes.
