Serves: 2
Serving Size: 1/2 pita
Containers: 1 yellow, 1/2 purple, 1/2 blue


INGREDIENTS:
1 whole wheat pita, sliced into quarters
1/2 cup pre-made bruschetta mix
2/3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

HOW TO:
1. Pre-heat oven to 400
2. Slice whole wheat pita and brush with olive oil
3. Bake pita in oven for 10 minutes, flipping half way
4. Top with bruschetta mix and mozzarella. Bake for additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted
